Hoping to bring some clarity to at least one small bit of the mountain of regulations produced each year by California lawmakers and government drones, the Motorcycle Industry Council has created and released a “Frequently Asked Questions” paper to help residents of the tarnished state understand the motorcycle exhaust sale and installation restrictions and regulations.

MIC says that the pdf document should be of particular help to California motorcycle dealers who have been complaining for the last couple of years about how tough CARB regulators have been regarding the sale, installation and even the showroom display of aftermarket exhausts. MIC says it hopes that the document will clarify any questions people might have about which exhaust systems are CARB-compliant.
